Over 28 million homes in America are governed
by a Homeowner’s Association. When disagreements arise between
owners and the Association, or among members of the board of directors,
each party has a choice on how they’re going to deal with it.
The Mediation Clinic of North Texas can help resolve conflicts,
develop agreements and maintain or even strengthen existing relationships.
By choosing mediation, everyone has an equal chance to participate
in a process that will make each of you a part of the solution!
Our Owners Association Mediation program is designed to provide a convenient, time-efficient and confidential forum for the resolution of disputes that involve owners’ associations and parties endeavoring to comply with state law, including disputes that might involve some of the more common issues listed above.
Our program helps owners and associations take responsibility for resolving their conflicts and forming their own agreements. By going through mediation, the parties get the chance to come away with the knowledge that they have been heard, and that, as much as possible, their needs have been met. This helps build trust, improves relationships, and strengthens the entire community.
